Registration Fees:

Conference attendee registration fees cover the reception and gala dinner, as well as conference events, refreshments and luncheons. Companion fees cover the reception, gala dinner, refreshments and luncheons. Attendance of the tutorial, workshop or technical visits are paid separately.

Registration for a conference attendee only covers up to two papers. If an author appears on more than two papers, an additional registration fee will be needed for such papers.

Technical Tour Fees:

The following tours have been planned for May 23, 2019. Buses will leave from the meeting location at 1 p.m. and will return to the same location. Duration of the RELLIS Campus tour is approximately 2 hours. The RELLIS tour will have a drop off location at the H.W. Bush Presidential Library and at the tour starting point. The ERCOT tour includes dinner and will have a drop off location before the dinner at the Austin Airport around 6 p.m. while en route back to College Station. For those returning to College Station, the estimated return time is 10 p.m.
